I remember sleeping on cacao pods when I was a child. Or, perhaps, it was the delicious aroma of my dad making fudge almost every day for our enjoyment. Chocolate was in my blood from an early age.

Following my passion, I went on to make chocolates my way: In small batches. With only the finest French chocolate, organic cream, artisan Vermont butter, fresh vanilla beans, organic honeys, real fruit, and other pure ingredients.

I still dream about chocolate... new flavors, exquisite tastes... Oh, my dreams never end!
